Are you a motivated Engineering Team Leader? Or an Engineering Supervisor looking for the next step in your career? We are seeking a hands‑on Engineering Team Leader to lead a dynamic engineering team within a high‑speed FMCG processing and packaging environment.

You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of all machinery and equipment, driving continuous improvement, and leading a team of engineers to deliver world‑class performance.

• Lead, develop, and motivate the engineering team while remaining hands on.
• Ensure the reliability and efficiency of production equipment through proactive maintenance strategies.
• Strong hands‑on maintenance – strong mechanical and electrical skills.
• Manage engineering projects, budgets, and health & safety compliance.
• Demonstrate a proven technical background.

• Proven leadership experience as a Team Leader or Supervisor.
• Strong multi‑skilled engineering background (electrical & mechanical).
• Electrical engineering qualifications.
• Experience in a factory environment.
• A proactive and hands‑on approach with excellent problem‑solving skills.
