Experienced Warehouse/ Swing Arm Operator of PIT– Goodyear, AZ

Warehouse Pay: $18.00–$19.00/hour
Swing Arm Operator Pay: $20.00–$22.00/hour
Shifts: 10‑hour shifts | Multiple schedules available

Our client, a leader in the warehousing and logistics industry, is expanding and looking for experienced Warehouse
and Turret Operators to join their high‑performing team. If you’re reliable, safety‑driven, and ready for a workplace where your skills truly matter, this is the opportunity for you.

• Deliver excellent customer service to internal and external teams
• Handle inventory, staging, and loading goods using manual equipment
• Coordinate the receipt, storage, and distribution of materials
• Sort and organize items by type, size, and product code
• Operate hand tools and forklifts (once certified)
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized warehouse areas
• Support operations by resolving service concerns and ensuring workflow efficiency

• Operate a turret to safely move, lift, and transport materials throughout the facility
• Support warehouse operations including receiving, shipping, and material movement
• Follow strict safety guidelines and equipment procedures
• Help keep work areas clean, organized, and productive

• Previous turret operation experience with a strong safety record (for turret roles)
• Solid verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to obtain or maintain forklift certification
• Reliability, teamwork, and a commitment to high‑quality work
