Warehouse Supervisor

We’re looking for a hands‑on, detail‑oriented Warehouse Supervisor to oversee day‑to‑day warehouse functions under the guidance of the Operations Manager at our Goodyear, AZ facility. This role is ideal for someone with strong leadership skills, a background in logistics or warehouse management, and a passion for driving operational excellence.

Location: Goodyear, AZ
Schedule: Monday
- Friday | 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
Starting Pay: $20/hour + $1.50/hour raise upon completing 8-week training

• Supervise warehouse operations including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping
• Lead and support a team of associates to meet performance goals
• Ensure inventory accuracy and timely order processing
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment
• Communicate effectively with leadership and cross‑functional teams
• Collaborate with leadership to develop, document, and implement warehouse Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) that improve consistency, safety, and efficiency

• 3+ years of experience in warehouse or logistics supervision (3PL experience preferred)
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and fulfillment workflows
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage operations
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus

• Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs., and push/pull up to 50 lbs
• Must be able to operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (certification preferred)
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time
• Be flexible and willing to be cross‑trained into other warehouse departments
• Arrive on time and prepared for each shift.
• Follow all warehouse procedures and safety protocols.
• Work efficiently to meet daily order volume and accuracy goals.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
• Be adaptable in a fast‑paced environment.

The pay range for this role is:
