Lanz Plumbing and Air is looking for an Experienced Plumbing Foreman to join our team in Goodyear, AZ. This full-time role is a great opportunity for someone who has a strong background in multifamily construction, knows how to run multiple jobs, and can stay organized while leading as a working foreman.

SCHEDULE FOR OUR EXPERIENCED PLUMBING FOREMAN:
This is a full-time position.
YOUR ROLE:
In this role, you will spend your days focused on multifamily construction projects. You will take on the responsibilities of a working foreman, running multiple jobs at once and keeping everything organized. You will also be using your skills to read and understand blueprints so the work stays on track and meets expectations.
In order to do this, you'll need the following:
- 5+ years of experience in multifamily construction
- Experience as a working foreman
- Ability to run multiple jobs at once
- Strong organizational skills
- Familiarity with reading blueprints
- Bilingual speaking ability is a plus
