• Initiate monthly service calls to low-volume accounts to ensure customer satisfaction
• Provide updates on new programs, promotions, products, and services to existing customers
• Address customer issues such as missed shipments and backorders, striving for prompt resolutions
• Collaborate with field sales associates and warehouse teams to facilitate smooth order processes
• Process customer orders received via phone, fax, email, and other means

• Bachelor’s Degree in business administration, sales, marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Less than one year of directly related experience
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
• Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing
• Familiarity with pharmaceutical distribution operations and basic Microsoft Office skills

• Experience in customer service within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry
• Knowledge of ABC products and services
• Strong decision-making and analytical skills
• Ability to manage stressful situations effectively
• Organizational skills with attention to detail
