Location:

Goodyear, AZ (On‑site)

Schedule:

Mon–Thu 7am–4pm, Fri 7am–11am (flexible)

Pay: $23–$24.50/hr | Contract‑to‑Hire

90‑Day Contract‑to‑Hire – will switch from hourly to salary once converted.

Commissions can be earned while on temp‑to‑hire status.

• Make outbound sales calls to auto shops.
• Manage high‑volume, short sales cycles.
• Communicate product benefits clearly.
• Track leads and progress in CRM.
• Collaborate with your team to hit goals.

• Strong communication and phone skills.
• Self‑motivated and goal‑oriented.
• Telesales or inside sales experience preferred.
• Comfortable with CRM tools.
• 4‑year degree preferred but not required.

• Uncapped commissions – e.g., $300k in volume = $3,600/month in commissions.
