Client Relationship Manager
The Resident Experience Specialist is the mastermind of connection, culture, and elevated living. This role exists because we believe apartment living should feel intentional, vibrant, and deeply human — not transactional.
While other communities’ hand over keys and call it a day, we design experiences.
The RES IsThe Person Who
- Plans the high impact events that increases residents engagement.
- Curates thoughtful move-in moments with swag and welcome gifts
- Designs flyers, creates social buzz, and activates common spaces
- Connects neighbors who become real friends
- Helps coordinate community clubs, dog meetups, social gatherings, and spontaneous ideas
- Turns “just another apartment” into a place people are proud to call home
And it goes beyond events.
If a resident needs help carrying a package home, putting groceries in the fridge, figuring out how to meet people, or starting a community charity drive — the RES shows up. This is hospitality-level service in a residential setting. It’s thoughtful. It’s proactive. It’s different.
This position doesn’t exist with our competitors — and that’s the point.
We are intentionally creating a “community within a community.” A place where residents know each other. Where dogs have friends. Where local businesses partner with us. Where people renew not just because of rent — but because they feel connected.
If you are creative, energized by people, obsessed with experience, and want to build something that actually changes how apartment living feels — this is your role.
