Deliver outstanding customer service and resolve customer issues.;
Plan and execute merchandise placement, restocking, and inventory processes (RFID scans, cycle counts, stock ledger).;
Assist with stockroom organization and shoe on display restocking.;
Assist with floor set, visual merchandising, and maintaining selling floor cleanliness and organization.;
Support omnichannel processes including Buy Online Pick Up In Store and Ship from Store as needed.
