A Style Consultant role involves delivering an incredible guest experience and ensuring the sales floor is well-presented with the right products, pricing, and signage.

• Strong interest and knowledge of apparel products and accessories
• Welcoming and helpful attitude toward all guests and team members
• Ability to communicate across multiple devices and operate handheld scanners and other equipment
• Effective communication skills
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Ability to resolve guest questions quickly
• Capable of remaining focused and composed in a fast-paced environment and juggling multiple tasks

• Drive sales and maintain a guest-ready floor by executing visual standards, signing, and staying knowledgeable on assortments and brand offerings.
• Use store tools to understand sales, inventory ownership, and guest needs.
• Sort freight, push freight to the sales floor, and locate merchandise in the backroom as needed.
• Set visual presentations and merchandising guides to support the guest experience and sales.
• Maintain product availability and a full floor by executing priority fills and merchandising to capacity.
• Maintain backroom organization to support replenishment, fulfillment, and guest requests.
• Remerchandise presentations as items sell to deliver an inspiring shopping experience.
• Support price changes and clearance merchandising with proper signing.
• Maintain and use fitting rooms to welcome, inspire, and assist guests.
• Support fulfillment and guest needs by moving merchandise from fitting rooms and guest service back to the sales floor.
• Demonstrate a culture of ethical conduct, safety, and compliance.
• Work safely and report hazards; comply with safety policies and training.
• Support guest services such as back-up cashier, order pickup and Drive-up, while complying with laws.
• Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests and assisting with their needs.
• Conclude interactions by thanking guests for shopping with Target.
• All other duties based on business needs.
