• Greet and welcome guests from the moment they step in.
• Prepare bagels, sandwiches, and beverages to the company’s standards.
• Maintain a safe, clean and orderly store environment.
• Collaborate with teammates to meet daily service goals.

• Ability to work varied hours, including early mornings (as early as 3 AM) and weekends
• Strong multitasking and fast‑paced work skills
• Experience in restaurant, retail or guest service is a plus, but not required
