Base pay range
$49,700.00/yr - $57,100.00/yr

Responsibilities- Learn to create success for a multi-million-dollar business, including driving sales and applying business acumen, efficiency and problem-solving skills.
- Nurture talent and lead a team by engaging teammates and developing their skills so they realize their personal best, both as individuals and as teams.
- Inspire others and act as a dynamic brand ambassador focused on driving and achieving results through the team.
- 2 years retail or customer service management experience OR 4+ years of US Military service
- Strong organizational, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Entrepreneurial mentality with experience in a sales-focused environment
- Minimum High School diploma or GED
- Legal documentation establishing identity and eligibility to work in the country of application
- Ability to work full time (often in excess of 40 hours per week) with variable hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends and/or holidays
This role offers a hands-on experience to develop supervisory experience, coaching skills, and business acumen. You will learn how to manage a store, build strong teams and create a welcoming community space. Training includes a mix of online learning, classroom instruction and hands-on mentorship.
