Registered Nurse Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (Arizona or compact state)
• BLS certification required
• Minimum 2 years of recent Operating Room nursing experience
• Proficiency in Robotics, Cardiovascular/Thoracic (CVT), Spine, and Total Joint procedures (Circulate/Scrub)
• Ability to take call and work weekends as scheduled
• Flexibility to float to other surgical units within skillset

OR RN Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality perioperative nursing care in the operating room
• Circulate and scrub for diverse surgical procedures, including robotics, CVT, spine, and total joint cases
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and surgical technologists to achieve optimal patient outcomes
• Adhere to strict safety and infection control protocols
• Respond to emergencies and participate in on-call rotations
• Float to other surgical units as required by facility needs
