2nd shift :
Monday - Friday, 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM

Position responsibilities include:

• Finishing and some TIG welding of refrigeration components into high quality products.
• Following safe work practices and company safety standards.
• Parts inspection in compliance with quality requirements.
• Completes assigned tasks on time and consistently achieves results.
• Training new employees on procedures and welding techniques.
• Preventive maintenance

This position requires a pre-employment drug/alcohol test and background check, which will be administered after a conditional job offer is extended. A negative drug/alcohol test result is required for employment. Refusal to take the test or a positive result may disqualify a candidate from further consideration. All drug testing will be conducted in accordance with federal and state laws.

High School or better.

• Experience using measuring tools (calipers, tape measure, protractor, square)
• Successful completion of fabrication entrance test
• Must be able to use a computer to view work instructions, enter production data and operate test equipment
• Should have good dexterity and body flexibility
• Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs. and stand for 8-10 hours while performing work at waist level
• Must not be allergic to fiberglass, plastic, glue, or insulation
• Ability to work in a team environment and maintain strict attendance standards

• Computer skills in a Windows environment a plus
• Ability to work and thrive in a fast– paced environment
