- Four (4) years of college resulting in a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- Extensive executive experience in city or county management or equivalent executive leadership experience, and demonstrated expertise in strategic planning, financial management, and organizational leadership.
- Preferred:
Master’s degree in Public Administration, Business, or related field.
- Retirement:
Arizona State Retirement System (ASRS) Defined Benefit plan with mandatory city and employee contributions currently at 12%. Plan includes Long Term Disability Benefit. - Executive Leave: 80 hours per year
- Automobile Allowance: $400 per month
- Vacation Leave: 160 hours per year.
- Sick Leave: 96 hours per year
