Position SummaryOccupational Therapist Full Time Days. Evaluate, plan, and implement specific treatment programs for individual patients according to occupational therapy principles. Functions as an interdisciplinary team member providing patient assessment, direct patient care, and individualized care planning/implementation. Responds to physician orders, administers and interprets tests, reviews patient charts, modifies treatment plan accordingly, develops functional goals, and restores/improves skills for activities of daily living and productive activities.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct patient assessments and re‑assessments.
- Provide direct patient care and individualized treatment plans.
- Respond to physician orders and administer/inter‑pret OT tests.
- Review patient charts and progress prior to treatment.
- Modify treatment plans as needed.
- Develop functional goals based on patient/family expectations.
- Restore/improve skills for activities of daily living and productive activities.
- Seek clarification of physician orders when necessary.
Excellent customer service skills. Strong interpersonal skills to interact positively and effectively with patients, families, and physicians.
Education & Experience- Minimum Education: Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy.
- Preferred Experience: 2 years as a practicing OT in a healthcare setting.
- Licensure and registration in Arizona.
- CPR Certification.
Base salary range: $77,000 – $100,000 annually. Bonus up to $10,000 based on eligibility.
