Occupational Therapist- IRF

Position Overview

We are seeking an Occupational Therapist‑IRF to join the team at Abrazo Health and provide dedicated patient care at Abrazo West Campus.

• Assess patient needs for occupational therapy and complete initial evaluations in accordance with department policies.
• Develop and maintain long‑ and short‑term, functional and measurable treatment goals; re‑evaluate and modify programs as warranted.
• Integrate information, prioritize needs, involve patient and family in the planning process and provide education regarding the patient’s status and recommendations.
• Utilize the most appropriate form of treatment and deliver the highest level of care.
• Maintain and upgrade skills by participating in professional organizations, workshops, conferences, self‑study, and in‑service activities.
• Perform other related job tasks and responsibilities as assigned.

• Education:
  
  Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited occupational therapy program.
• Licensure/Certification:
  Valid Arizona licensure and registration in occupational therapy; CPR certification.
• Experience:
  
  Minimum one year of relevant experience.
