• Prepares patients by gathering medical history and necessary information, and explaining testing.
• Performs various neurology studies, including EEG studies used for diagnosis and treatment.

Education: High school graduation and completion of a training course or on-the-job training.

Certification: Current R. EEGT certification through ABRET per state requirement. CPR Certification through AHA.

Experience: Work requires a level of knowledge of patient care methods, procedures, and techniques. One year of experience performing EEG preferred.
