Financial Analyst, Financial Manager
Tanzerra Resorts is seeking a highly analytical and collaborative Financial Analyst to join our dynamic, family‑owned luxury resort group. Reporting to the CFO and working directly with the CEO, Resort Managing Directors, and ownership, this role plays a key part in driving financial performance across our portfolio of five luxury resorts.
Each property is currently undergoing moderate to significant capital investment, including renovations, expansions, and new programming spaces. The Financial Analyst will partner closely with resort leadership and our in-house Development team to evaluate costs, ROI assumptions, and strategic investment decisions.

Core Responsibilities- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports, including:
- Labor cost and cost of sales analysis
- Margin analysis
- Operational KPI reporting
- Partner with the CFO to analyze financial performance, identify trends, risks, and opportunities to optimize asset performance.
- Collaborate with property leadership to improve revenue generation, expense control, and EBITDA growth.
- Assist in budget preparation and forecasting processes.
- Analyze forecast accuracy and drive continuous improvement in financial projections.
- Conduct feasibility studies and ROI analysis for capital investments, renovations, and new developments.
- Benchmark resort KPIs against industry comparables
- Support year‑end financial audits.
- Minimum 10 years of progressive accounting and financial analysis experience.
- 5+ years in hospitality (Hotel/Resorts).
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (preferred).
- Strong experience reviewing hotel/resort financial statements, balance sheets, and internal controls.
- Proven ability to prepare pro formas and advanced financial analysis reporting.
- Ability to translate operational and financial data into actionable business insights.
- Strong judgment and discretion with confidential financial information.
- Excellent communication skills with executives, property leadership, and accounting teams.
- Solutions‑oriented, self‑motivated, and detail‑focused.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
- Advanced Excel and Microsoft Office proficiency.
- Experience with M3 accounting system strongly preferred; familiarity with Profit Sword a plus.
- Willingness to travel up to 20%, including occasional on‑site task force assignments.
