Senior finance leader with full responsibility for financial management of a $20M multi-site U.S. operation within an international (Finnish) manufacturing group. Hands‑on role combining strategic oversight, team leadership, and daily financial operations. Key member of the Treston U.S. management team.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Full financial management responsibility for a $20M U.S. multi-site business within an international group structure
  • Active member of the Treston U.S. management team, supporting strategic and operational decision‑making
  • Lead, manage, and develop a three‑person finance team while remaining directly involved in daily accounting and finance activities
  • Oversee accounting operations, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management
  • Prepare and submit group financial reporting to overseas parent company
  • Coordinate tax, legal, and insurance matters in collaboration with external advisors and outsourced specialists
  • Support general business administration and ensure compliance with corporate and regulatory requirements
  • Participate in ERP system design, implementation, and ongoing system improvements

Provide accurate, timely financial insights to support business growth and operational efficiency.

QUALIFICATIONS
  • Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration, or equivalent education
  • Approximately 10 years of progressive experience in financial management, including accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cash management, and business administration
  • Experience working with international group reporting and overseas parent companies
  • Strong background in tax, legal, and insurance coordination through third‑party specialists
  • Advanced IT and systems skills, including hands‑on experience with ERP system implementation and optimization
  • Proven ability to balance strategic leadership with hands‑on execution in a fast‑paced environment
