Core Curriculum Advisor

About The Role

MOGEL, on behalf of a leading multi-million edtech organization in the K-12 space, is seeking a dynamic and engaging Core Curriculum Advisor (CCA) to support the Sales team through high-impact pre-sales presentations and curriculum expertise. This role plays a critical part in the sales cycle by delivering compelling product demonstrations, providing consultative support to prospective customers, and leading pilot program execution from launch through completion.

The ideal candidate brings classroom experience, strong presentation skills, and the ability to connect curriculum solutions to district goals and instructional needs.

Seasonal travel up to 75%

• Deliver engaging in-person and virtual pre-sales presentations to prospective and current customers
• Serve as a subject matter expert across K–12 curriculum areas including Math, ELA, Science, and Social Studies
• Collaborate with Sales teams to align presentation goals and customize messaging for districts and schools
• Identify customer needs, gaps, and expectations and tailor presentations accordingly
• Lead and support curriculum pilots, including presentations, trainings, monitoring, and tracking
• Plan and present at state and national education conferences
• Support districts with curriculum Q&A, alignments, and professional learning resources
• Remain current on educational trends and instructional best practices
• Demonstrate strong communication skills in both live and virtual environments
• Travel to sales meetings, conferences, and promotional events, including overnight travel
• Complete additional duties as assigned

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 3+ years of experience teaching core curriculum
• 3+ years of experience in sales, educational leadership, or education-related roles
• Strong presentation skills in both in-person and virtual settings (Zoom, MS Teams, Google Meet)
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
• Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce preferred
• Knowledge of technology-based educational resources, LMS platforms, and digital curriculum tools
• Exceptional organizational, time management, and follow-through skills
• Ability to quickly learn and master a portfolio of education products
• Willingness to travel seasonally up to 75%
