Diagnose, manage, and treat endocrine disorders; conduct patient evaluations; develop and manage treatment plans; provide patient education; collaborate with interdisciplinary teams; maintain accurate clinical documentation
Required Procedures:
Endocrine evaluations, diagnostic interpretation, hormone and metabolic disorder management
EMR System: ECW
Support Staff: Multidisciplinary clinical team
Days Per Month: Full-time
On-Call/Weekends: Not specified
Submission Requirements:
- Active AZ State License or IMLC
- Board Certified or Board Eligible (within 5 years of residency)
