A well-established GI practice in Phoenix is expanding and seeking a BE/BC Gastroenterologist to join a collaborative team supported by three experienced APPs.

This is a high-efficiency model designed for physicians who want strong income, predictable scheduling, and flexibility in how they practice.

• Schedule:
  
  Blend of ASC procedure days and clinic time.
• Volume: 25 procedures per day at the ASC | 20 patients per day in clinic.
• Compensation:
  Competitive base salary with additional pay for optional call or inpatient work.
• Flexibility:
  Inpatient coverage available only if desired.
