Mid-Level Automotive Technician — Goodyear, AZ. Immediate hiring with opportunities for training and career advancement within Goodyear’s auto service centers.

• Perform line technician services, routine inspections/maintenance, system diagnostics, and brake repairs.
• Diagnose technical issues using mechanical aptitude and provide clear communication to guests.
• Document all work on repair orders and report safety issues to management.
• Demonstrate excellent guest service, contribute to teamwork, and uphold company policies on vehicle care and operation.
• Perform a variety of manual tasks for extended periods, including lifting and handling tires and wheels.

• Minimum 1 year of automotive experience including brake repairs, fluid flushes, and preventative maintenance.
• Valid driver’s license and at least 18 years of age.
• Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship now or in the future.

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• ASE Certification.
• Experience diagnosing vehicles and performing road tests.
• Experience with electrical, air conditioning, and fuel ignition systems.

• Line technician services, routine inspections/maintenance, diagnostics, brake repairs, fluid exchanges/flushes, preventative maintenance, wheel alignments, and tire installation.
• Provide excellent guest service and mentor junior technicians; document work; follow safety policies; promote teamwork; manage time effectively during operating hours.
• Adhere to company policy on vehicle care and operation.
