Overview

Store Associate - Rivergate Mall, Goodlettsville, TN. JD Finish Line is seeking an Associate to contribute to daily store operations and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

  Experience:
  
  Create an exceptional shopping experience by addressing customer needs, resolving issues, and upholding high standards of customer service.
• Sales & Performance:
  Drive store sales and profitability through effective merchandise management, promotions, and achieving sales targets.
• Operational Excellence:
  Participate in daily operations including inventory management, visual merchandising, shipment workflow, order fulfillment, and store maintenance; ensure compliance with company policies and health & safety regulations.
• Team
  
  Collaboration:
  
  Work with team members to achieve store sales and operational goals; adhere to store policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations.
• Additional duties and projects as required.

• Experience:
  
  Retail or similar role with a track record of achieving sales targets is preferred.

  Passion for delivering outstanding customer service and creating memorable shopping experiences.

  Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks; reliable and proactive.
• Flexibility:
  Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
• Tech-Savvy:
  Basic math skills and familiarity with POS systems.

• Weekly availability including mornings, days, and nights based on business needs; includes weekends and holidays as required.
• Consistent punctuality and regular attendance per company policies.
• Clear spoken English; proficient reading, writing, and basic math in English to handle business tasks and understand sales reports.

• Prolonged standing (approximately four to 14 hours per day).
• Stooping, kneeling, reaching, and pulling to stock and display merchandise.
• May require climbing ladders or stairs to stock or retrieve merchandise.
• Regularly lift items weighing 5–25 lbs; higher weights may be required in certain circumstances.
• Good vision, including color differentiation; moderately noisy retail environment.
