General

Summary:

The Sr. Project Manager oversees all Store Facilities Maintenance projects, including HVAC lifecycle replacements, capacity upgrades, refrigeration additions, and other asset-strategy initiatives. The role requires cross-functional coordination with A&E, Construction, Store Operations, Merchandising, and Leasing teams. This position also demands hands‑on knowledge of HVAC and Refrigeration systems (self‑contained, hybrid, single‑condensing, and rack units). A strong data analytics skillset is essential for developing business cases, presenting ROI, and managing multiple simultaneous projects.

The Sr. Project Manager also partners with vendors, suppliers, manufacturers, and internal stakeholders to deliver facility initiatives and ensure regulatory compliance for mechanical equipment.

Job Details

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage all Store Facility Maintenance projects, including HVAC lifecycle replacements, refrigeration initiatives, and cross‑department remodel efforts.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (A&E, Construction, Store Operations, Merchandising, Leasing) and maintain strong vendor relationships to ensure project execution and compliance.
  • Analyze data to develop business cases, present ROI, and provide strategic recommendations for asset management and financial performance.
  • Oversee project progress through site visits, monitor KPIs, and deliver performance feedback to stakeholders.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance for mechanical equipment, manage budgets considering geographic and seasonal influences, and maintain knowledge of EPA and other regulatory standards.

Qualifications

Work Experience &/or

Education:

  • Bachelor’s or technical degree with business emphasis preferred. At least 6‑8 years experience in facilities maintenance.
