About the Role:

Dollar General is hiring an experienced, hands‑on Omnichannel Marketing Manager to accelerate adoption of the myDG digital ecosystem, scale our Delivery program, and lead the launch and growth of a new Subscription offering. You’ll own marketing strategy end‑to‑end across paid and owned channels, partnering cross‑functionally to deliver measurable impact.

What You’ll Lead:

  • Lead go‑to‑market strategy, launch, and ongoing scaling of DG’s subscription program.
  • Own acquisition + retention strategies and continually optimize key KPIs.
  • Develop omnichannel strategies to grow account creation and digital engagement.
  • Partner with CRM to deliver personalized onboarding, triggered communications, and benefits‑driven messaging.
  • Own weekly reporting alongside data science partners.
  • Support and optimize DG’s Delivery experience through collaboration with digital product, operations, and analytics teams.
  • Leverage insights from app/web transactional behavior to improve conversion and customer experience.

What We’re Looking For:

  • End‑to‑end ownership of a loyalty, membership, or paid subscription program (launch + scale, not just campaign support).
  • Strong background in omnichannel marketing (paid, owned, CRM, lifecycle, journeys).
  • Proven success driving customer sign‑ups and progressing customers from anonymous → known → engaged.
  • Experience working with media & creative agencies, product/engineering, and analytics/data science teams.
  • Comfortable operating in ambiguity — iterative, “build while flying” environments.
  • KPI‑driven marketer with experience across CPA, LTV, AOV, engagement, retention, and churn mitigation.
  • Retail or CPG experience preferred.
  • Strong cross‑functional leadership and ability to influence, align, and deliver.
