This is a full-time on-site role for a Phlebotomist / Medical Assistant at our Goodlettsville, TN location. The Phlebotomist / Medical Assistant will be responsible for performing blood collection, preparing specimens for laboratory testing, assisting with medical procedures, and providing support to patients during their visit. Day-to-day tasks will include taking vital signs, recording medical histories, and using appropriate medical terminology in documentation.

The role requires collaboration with healthcare providers to ensure quality patient care.

• Proficient in Blood Collection and related Laboratory Skills
• Proficient in standardized Point of Care testing
• Knowledge of CLIA standards of record keeping & documentation
• Experience in Medical Assisting and Administering Vaccines
• Knowledge of Medical Terminology
• Excellent communication and patient care skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
• Relevant certifications or training in phlebotomy and medical assisting
• Previous pediatric experience is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional medical training or certification preferred
