Bank Customer Service, Customer Service Rep
Overview
Tellers are an integral part of our front-line branch staff and provide our membership with exceptional member service through cross-selling products and services to promote financial wellness. This position will be based out of our Rivergate branch. Hours are generally Monday-Thursday: 8:15 AM-5:15 PM;
Friday: 8:15 AM-6:15 PM.
Compensation: $17/hourly

ResponsibilitiesDay-to-day job duties include: Processing teller transactions and assisting members in person and by phone in compliance with state and federal guidelines; as well as internal policies/procedures.
Responsibilities include and supervision in alignment with branch goals, while delivering excellent member service and accurate processing.

- Accuracy in cash handling and transactions.

- High school diploma or equivalent
- One year of cash handling/customer service experience
- Experience working in a financial institution is
Employee may travel to assist branches on an irregular basis.
To be hired for this position the candidate must pass a drug screen and background check.
