Position: Direct Sales Agent Specialist (7079) - Direct Auto

Job Description

The Direct Sales Agent Specialist (Direct Auto Insurance, Allstate Business) is responsible for profitable growth and attainment of business goals by driving new business sales and building rapport with customers. The role focuses on selling to walk‑in customers, conducting marketing calls, and visiting clients to build community relationships and retain the book of business within a market/retail location.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver optimal results within metrics such as quality, quantity, timeliness, productivity, customer satisfaction, and financial performance while complying with all rules, procedures, and standards.
  • Understand, promote, and remain current on company underwriting guidelines, announcements, and memos related to changes in policies and procedures.
  • Monitor key competitors in the local market area and suggest initiatives that could improve the company’s marketplace position.
  • Work with Direct Sales Leadership to plan, implement, and manage marketing and sales processes to achieve production and growth goals.
  • Receive customer payments, issue receipts, and verify reports of receipts for cash drawers.
  • Leverage community contacts to build a sales pipeline and maintain a physical presence in the community to build multiple centers of influence and referral sources (e.g., car dealerships, local events, community organizations).
  • Initiate outbound calling to an established target customer base for product offerings.
  • Meet and exceed sales goals through new product sales, cross‑selling, and retention of current customers.
Education & Experience
  • High School Diploma or GED (Preferred)
  • 0‑2 years of experience (Preferred)
Compensation b>

Base compensation: $20.00 per hour. Total compensation may include incentive pay such as commissions and bonuses based on performance. Benefits
