Position Overview

We are hiring an experienced Branch Operations Manager to oversee all operational activities for our industrial water treatment services. This key leadership role is responsible for managing field service teams, optimizing branch performance, ensuring safety compliance, driving operational improvements, and delivering exceptional service to industrial clients across the region.

Key Responsibilities
Operations Management
  • Oversee daily branch operations including field service, maintenance, and customer support

  • Manage operations and maintenance programs for industrial water treatment systems

  • Ensure compliance with OSHA standards, environmental regulations, and industry requirements

  • Develop and enforce operational procedures and best practices

  • Monitor performance metrics and lead continuous improvement initiatives

  • Coordinate with other branches and corporate leadership for seamless service execution

Team Leadership & Resource Management
  • Lead, mentor, and develop field service technicians and support personnel

  • Conduct performance reviews and provide ongoing coaching

  • Recruit, hire, and onboard new employees as the branch grows

  • Build and maintain training programs for technical and safety skill development

  • Promote a positive, safety-focused culture

  • Manage workforce scheduling, assignments, and resource allocation

  • Optimize labor utilization to meet customer and operational demands

Customer Relations & Account Management
  • Build strong relationships with industrial clients across the Gulf South

  • Serve as primary contact for key accounts and escalated service issues

  • Conduct site visits to assess customer needs and system performance

  • Ensure exceptional service quality and customer satisfaction

  • Collaborate with sales when operational support is required

  • Resolve service issues quickly and professionally

Financial & Administrative Management
  • Hold full P&L responsibility for branch operations

  • Monitor operating expenses, labor efficiency, and profitability

  • Prepare regular reports on KPIs, operational performance, and financial results

  • Oversee accurate billing, invoicing, and collections

  • Manage inventory, procurement, and supply chain for parts and consumables

  • Ensure compliance with contract terms and administrative requirements

Safety & Compliance
  • Enforce OSHA, environmental, and industry regulatory compliance

  • Implement and maintain comprehensive safety programs

  • Lead safety meetings, audits, and training sessions

  • Investigate incidents and ensure corrective actions

  • Oversee confined space entry procedures and safety protocols

Required Qualifications
Education & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field preferred

  • 5–7 years of operations management experience

  • Background in industrial water treatment, chemical processing, or similar industries preferred

  • Proven success leading teams and managing large-scale operations

  • Experience working in industrial and manufacturing environments

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Proven success in team motivation and performance management

  • Strong decision-making, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution abilities

Technical & Business Acumen
  • Understanding of industrial water treatment processes, equipment, and systems

  • Knowledge of industrial safety, regulatory compliance, and environmental standards

  • Experience with P&L management and financial performance oversight
