Pay Range: $20-25/hr
As a Logistics Associate you will support the Goleta logistics team and perform key logistics processes. You will be required to work independently and provide high‑quality work while maintaining efficiency and accuracy. You must adhere to all safety standards, wear appropriate personal protective equipment when performing specific tasks, and follow all department rules and regulations. Teamwork, collaboration, and communication are essential for success.
Responsibilities- Stocking material
- Kitting material
- Cycle counting material
- Packaging/shipping material
- Transacting all functions in the company's SAP system
- Experience in a warehouse environment
- Ability to follow company safety guidelines
- Warehouse management system experience (SAP preferred)
- 5+ years of experience
- HS Diploma or GED Equivalent
- US Citizenship
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Excellent organizational and time‑management skills
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced demanding environment while multi‑tasking
- Associate's degree in a related field
- Ability to hit monthly metric targets for stocking and shipping
- Support the team culture in a safety‑driven logistics department
