Service Drive Assistant

The Service Drive Attendant ensures complete customer satisfaction by moving vehicles in and around the service area/lot, maintaining vehicle and area cleanliness, delivering vehicles to customers after service, and transporting customers as needed.

Responsibilities

• Keep lots neat and orderly, moving cars as directed by the service manager
• Drive vehicles to and from the service lane, service stalls, and parking lot
• Make key tags and handle vehicle inventory
• Retrieve and deliver vehicles from property locations
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends
• Positive attitude, confident, outgoing personality, eagerness to improve
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Professional attitude with excellent customer service skills
• Reliable transportation daily
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
