As a representative for physical and technical security, you will engage with multiple project leads including IT, facilities, and program management to ensure proper implementation of physical and technical security requirements. You will also serve the Lock & Key department with installation and maintenance of high‑security devices, and perform after‑hour emergency response duties. Company travel to other sites may be required.
Successful candidates will have strong project and task management skills, interpersonal and customer service skills, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
What You Will Do- Engage and manage vendors for accuracy of performance/compliance with applicable government standards.
- Configure, test, and troubleshoot Access Control and Intrusion Detection Systems (ACS/IDS) for multiple facilities and classified program development, and manage all access control, fire, CCTV, intercom, and related electronic security systems.
- Support all government annual inspections for classified programs, proactively identifying and resolving issues before inspections.
- Assist management with purchase orders, administrative support, and generating team incident management reports.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Programs, Adobe PDF, File Maker, and related company software.
- Experience with enterprise network, TCP/IP and RF communications.
- A university degree or equivalent experience and minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience, or an advanced degree in a related field.
- General knowledge of aerospace security functions.
- Basic knowledge of access control and alarm system configuration.
- Basic knowledge of RF communications.
- ICD
705 SCIF Construction Certification. - Physical Security Professional (PSP) certification.
- Minimum 2+ years’ experience in database administration and security alarm system testing.
- A+ Certification, knowledge of various OS and software installation and configuration.
- 2+ years of database management experience is highly desired.
- Experience in alarm system configuration and network domain administration.

Salary range: $72,000 – $144,000 USD.
