On-Demand:
Guest Advocate (Cashier), General Merchandise, Fulfillment, Food and Beverage, Style (T2872)
-Demand team members can work as much or as little as needed; schedule varies based on shift availability and store needs. Starting hourly rate: $19.50 USD per hour.

• Demonstrate a service culture that prioritizes the guest service experience by delivering the service standard.
• Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests and assisting with daily tasks.
• Assist guests in a welcoming way to solve their specific needs and provide knowledge about tools, products, and services available in the store, including total store offerings and area-specific solutions.
• Inform guests about current and upcoming brand launches, store activities and events; promote Target Loyalty programs and assist with enrollment as needed.
• Demonstrate how to use Wallet and other Target App features; explain and direct guests to fulfillment services (Order Pick Up, Drive Up, etc.).
• Process returns following Target’s policies; de-escalate situations with leaders as needed to recover the guest experience.
• Deliver easy and accurate service for Order Pick Up, Drive Up, and Registry guests; maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Stock supplies during store hours and support cash office processes as needed.
• Adhere to safety policies, compliance standards, and ethical conduct; report hazards and address as appropriate.
• Support guest services and store operations while complying with applicable laws (e.g., adult beverage laws where relevant).
• All other duties based on business needs.

• Accurately handle cash transactions and support cash office operations as needed.
• Ability to scan, handle, and move merchandise safely (frequently lifting up to 10 pounds, occasionally up to 44 pounds).
• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to remain mobile for scheduled shift lengths; may be exposed to varying temperatures and environments (Drive-Up, carryout, etc.).
