You will be a Manufacturing Planner Associate Manager for our Missiles and Fire Control team, responsible for managing multiple manufacturing planning, material management, and support activities. Our team is dedicated to delivering high-quality products, and we’re looking for a talented and experienced professional to join us.

• Manages multiple manufacturing planning, material management and support activities within various manufacturing job functions responsible for Manufacturing Resource Planning (MRP) transactions. These may include but not limited to, Make, Buy, Bill of Material (BOM) Planning, Master Production Scheduling (MPS), Warehousing and Shipping.
• Oversees production systems integrity and drives inventory optimization to minimize cost.
• Responsible for coordinating subordinate employee recruitment, selection and training, performance assessment, work assignments, salary, and recognition/disciplinary actions.

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must be able to obtain a secret clearance.

• SAP and Apriso Knowledge and Experience
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt trained/certified
• APICS Certified in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM)
• Knowledge of industry-wide best practices and processes for managing material flow throughout a production supply chain
• Understanding of MMAS
• 8+ years of professional experience
