** As a Payroll Specialist, you’ll be at the heart of that mission, ensuring our employees across the U.S. and Canada are paid accurately, timely, and in compliance with local regulations. **** Your Impact
**** Lead Bi-Weekly Payroll Processing
** Coordinate and execute payroll for all Deckers Brands employees in the U.S. and Canada using ADP systems, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
** Maintain and Audit Payroll Records
** Manage payroll data for audits, terminations, garnishments, and escheatments. Interpret and apply state/local statutes with precision.
** Support Timekeeping & System Integrity
** Administer and troubleshoot timekeeping systems, ensuring correct data flow and security access across departments.
** Deliver Stakeholder Reporting
** Provide essential reports to HR, Finance, and external agencies, including 401(k), SDI, and employment verifications.
** Champion Compliance & Continuous Learning
** Stay ahead of changing payroll laws and regulations. Participate in training and contribute to process improvements.
** Drive Special Projects & Strategic Initiatives
** Collaborate with the Payroll Director and team on impactful projects that enhance our payroll operations and employee experience.
** Who You Are
**** Education & Experience
** Associate’s Degree and 2–4 years of payroll experience, preferably in a global or multi-entity organization.
** Technical Skills
** Proficiency in Microsoft Office and payroll systems (ADP, Oracle). Ability to learn new tools quickly and confidently.
** Core Competencies
** Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
