As an unarmed patrol officer at a financial institution location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, conduct routine rounds, and stay highly visible to help deter security-related incidents. You will respond to concerns, document observations, and support a welcoming customer experience through clear communication.

** What You'll Do:*
* + Provide customer service to our clients at a financial institution location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and when appropriate, emergency response activities.

+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including medical calls, fire alarms, disruptive behavior and/or suspicious activity.

+ Conduct regular and random patrols around the building, offices, parking areas and perimeter; working environments and conditions may vary by site.

+ Help to monitor access points and restricted areas, verify identification and/or visitor authorization as required by site policy, and direct visitors to appropriate destinations.

+ Complete routine documentation such as patrol logs, incident reports and shift activity reports, and communicate timely updates to site leadership and Allied Universal management.

* + Be at least 21 years of age.

+ Customer service experience is preferred.

+ Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
