Overview

GM and Food (General Merchandise, Closing, Fulfillment, Inbound, Food and Beverage, Starbucks) position s role involves store process and efficiency to enable a consistent guest experience, including inbound/outbound, replenishment, pricing, and sign maintenance for General Merchandise areas, plus support for pick, pack, and ship fulfillment tasks.

• Create a welcoming guest experience by greeting guests during daily tasks and assisting with their needs.
• Assist guests and resolve questions to support guest service fundamentals.
• Receive products, restock shelves, organize the backroom, arrange merchandise, and put up promotional signs for GM areas.
• Operate power equipment if certified, change prices, set up merchandise, maintain inventory accuracy as directed.
• Learn how procedures affect inventory, store profitability, and product availability.
• Be knowledgeable about store resources, products, and services to solve guest issues and improve their experience.
• Demonstrate ethical conduct, safety, and compliance; work safely and report hazards.
• Support guest services such as back-up cashier and digital fulfillment processes (e.g., picking, packing orders, or delivering pickup orders) while complying with laws.
• All other duties as needed based on business needs.
