Lead Customer Service Representative, Full or Part Time at Circle K.

Location:

Store 2720926: 2007 Wayne Memorial Dr, Goldsboro, North Carolina 27534. Flexible availability. This role offers entry-level management experience by leading shifts on a regular basis in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

• Greet customers, operate the register, cashier, and make purchase suggestions.
• Work with our food program as needed and lead shifts to gain entry-level management experience.
• Maintain high standards for store appearance and provide fast, friendly service to customers.
• Ensure regular and predictable onsite attendance.
• Collaborate with a fun, energetic team to accomplish daily tasks around the store.

• Selling products to customers and providing excellent customer care
• Strong communication and friendly conversation
• Ability to perform at a quick pace while staying positive
• Teamwork to achieve daily goals
• Problem solving and leadership abilities; entry-level supervision

• Retail and customer service experience
• Entry-level management experience
• Sales associate or cashiering experience
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Motivation to advance in your career; willingness to learn and have fun

• Ability to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours
• Lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead up to 30 minutes in a shift
• Occasionally lift and/or carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level
• Push/pull with arms up to a force of 20 pounds
• Bend at the waist with some twisting up to one hour a shift
• Grasp, reach and manipulate objects with hands; eye-hand coordination; may require climbing a ladder
