Lead Customer Service Representative, Full or Part Time at Circle K.
Location:
Store 2720926: 2007 Wayne Memorial Dr, Goldsboro, North Carolina 27534. Flexible availability. This role offers entry-level management experience by leading shifts on a regular basis in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Greet customers, operate the register, cashier, and make purchase suggestions.
- Work with our food program as needed and lead shifts to gain entry-level management experience.
- Maintain high standards for store appearance and provide fast, friendly service to customers.
- Ensure regular and predictable onsite attendance.
- Collaborate with a fun, energetic team to accomplish daily tasks around the store.

- Selling products to customers and providing excellent customer care
- Strong communication and friendly conversation
- Ability to perform at a quick pace while staying positive
- Teamwork to achieve daily goals
- Problem solving and leadership abilities; entry-level supervision
- Retail and customer service experience
- Entry-level management experience
- Sales associate or cashiering experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Motivation to advance in your career; willingness to learn and have fun

- Lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead up to 30 minutes in a shift
- Occasionally lift and/or carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level
- Push/pull with arms up to a force of 20 pounds
- Bend at the waist with some twisting up to one hour a shift
- Grasp, reach and manipulate objects with hands; eye-hand coordination; may require climbing a ladder
