Sales Lead, Retail, Retail Sales

Overview

You will lead in-store customer experience and connect with kids and parents, sharing enthusiasm for kids’ athletic sneakers and apparel. You adapt to different customers and resolve issues with a smile. You may teach others to do the same. As a leader, you drive sales to maximize profits following division standards. Your performance is measured by achieving personal and productivity goals.

You assume leadership and managerial responsibilities when the Store Manager and Assistant Manager are absent.

• Inspire and motivate your team to drive sales that deliver exceptional customer service
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by being knowledgeable on all products and collaborating with co-workers to provide excellent sales service
• Deliver sales, customer experience, merchandising, visual, and operational expectations
• Maintain personal and productivity goals
• Uphold the quality and productivity of every aspect of the store
• Act as a partner between customers, sales associates, Assistant Manager, and the Store Manager
• Learn and share product knowledge and trends to fit customer needs
• Maintain awareness of all product knowledge and current or upcoming trends
• Contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment

• At least 1 year of retail experience
• Confident and comfortable engaging customers to deliver an elevated experience
• Motivated to achieve great results from enthusiasm for interacting with customers and athletic products
• Initiates completion of tasks without necessarily requiring supervision
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays

• Rate of Pay: $13.00 / hour
