American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Med/Surg Telemetry position in North Carolina, requiring a minimum of 2 years of current nursing experience and night shift availability.

• Med/Surg Telemetry unit in a hospital setting
• Night shift schedule: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
• 36 hours per week, three 12-hour shifts per day

• Active NC or compact RN license required
• Current BLS certification (AHA or ARC) required
• Minimum of 2 years of current RN experience required
• Nursing Diploma, ADN, or ASN from an accredited nursing program required; BSN or MSN preferred
• CPI certification required

• Responsible for coordinating and delivering patient care utilizing the nursing process, including patient assessment, care planning, implementation, and evaluation
• Collaborates with interdisciplinary team members to evaluate and update patient care plans
• Assesses and anticipates discharge needs for individual patients and families
• Participates in performance improvement activities and unit goal development
• Two professional references required for consideration
