Job Summary
Provides competent clinical nursing care following professional standards. Responsible for coordinating and delivering patient care using the nursing process. Works collaboratively with the interdisciplinary team to ensure quality patient care and continuity.

- Use patient education materials; assess readiness to learn
- Identify outcomes; revise care plans
- Collaborate with team to ensure continuity
- Provide safe care for complex patient needs
- Perform point‑of‑care testing

- Communicate effectively; give and receive feedback
- Promote cleanliness, cost control, and safety
- Assess patient needs; plan discharge early; support family advocacy
- Use multidisciplinary resources and cultural awareness
- Stay updated via journals; share improvement ideas
- Minimum one (1) year of RN experience
