$33.00/hr - $50.00/hr

Full-time RN role in a 52-bed Emergency Department, including a Behavioral Health Unit. The RN provides holistic patient care using the nursing process, collaborates with providers, and may act as charge nurse. The position supports 24/7 ED operations and qualifies for up to a $35,000 incentive
.

• Deliver and document patient care per provider orders, policies, and nursing standards.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans.
• Manage care for patients with complex/acute conditions.
• Collaborate with providers, interdisciplinary teams, patients, and families.
• Delegate tasks to licensed/unlicensed staff and monitor their performance.
• Provide direct patient care and assist team members.
• Maintain regulatory compliance and follow safety protocols/PPE.
• Participate in PI activities, continuing education, and departmental initiatives.
• May function as team leader or charge nurse.
• Promote professionalism, teamwork, and a safe environment.

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Active NC RN license required.
• BLS and department-specific life support certifications.
• One year of experience preferred (ED experience a plus).
• Strong critical‑thinking, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficient with EMR/Epic.
• Able to meet the physical demands of 12‑hour shifts.
