33.00/hr -  54.45/hr

Provides competent clinical nursing care in accordance with professional standards. Coordinates and delivers patient care using the nursing process and collaborates with the interdisciplinary team to ensure quality care and continuity.

• Identify learning needs; attend educational programs
• Use patient education materials appropriately
• Establish and revise patient outcomes and care plans
• Work collaboratively with clinical team
• Deliver safe care for patients with complex needs
• Perform point-of-care testing
• Prioritize and organize nursing care
• Set professional development goals
• Communicate effectively and provide feedback
• Promote cleanliness, safety, and cost-effective care
• Assess patient needs; support discharge planning
• Apply cultural awareness and multidisciplinary resources
• Stay informed on current nursing practices and share improvement ideas

• Minimum one (1) year of nursing experience

• Nursing Diploma OR
• ADN / ASN from an accredited nursing program

• BSN or MSN

• Active North Carolina RN License
• BLS (AHA or ARC)
• CPI-A

• ACLS

• Mid-Senior level
