$33.00/hr - $54.45/hr

Provides competent, professional nursing care. Responsible to the Nurse Manager/Director, coordinating and delivering patient care using the nursing process in an acute hospital setting.

• Provide safe, effective nursing care for complex patients.
• Perform point-of-care testing per policy.
• Develop, evaluate, and revise patient care plans.
• Identify outcomes and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
• Support patient and family education; assess readiness to learn.
• Promote a safe, clean, and cost-effective care environment.
• Maintain professional growth goals and support unit objectives.
• Communicate clearly and provide feedback to the care team.
• Utilize resources for complex patient management.

• Minimum 1 year of RN experience.

• Required:
  
  Nursing Diploma OR ADN / ASN from an accredited Nursing School.
• Preferred: BSN or MSN.

• Required:
  
  Active RN License - North Carolina.
• Required:
  
  BLS (AHA or ARC).
