Shift Options

• 12-Hour Night Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM
• 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM
• 12-Hour Midshift: 11:00 AM - 11:00 PM

Pay Packages

• Local RN: $48-$50/hour
• Travel RN:
  • 36-hour schedule: $2,074/week
  • 48-hour schedule: $2,534/week
  • 40-hour schedule: $2,246/week

What You'll Do

• Provide direct psychiatric nursing care to patients in an inpatient behavioral health setting
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Administer medications, monitor patient progress, and ensure safety protocols are followed
• Offer emotional support and therapeutic interventions to patients and families

Requirements

• Active RN license in NC or compact state
• Minimum 1 year of psychiatric or behavioral health nursing experience
• Current BLS certification
• Strong communication and critical thinking skills
