Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Outpatient Therapist at Pride in North Carolina, LLC, located in Goldsboro, NC. The Outpatient Therapist will provide therapeutic support to individuals and families, including creating and implementing treatment plans, conducting psychotherapy sessions, facilitating family therapy, and supporting case management tasks. The role involves working closely with clients, families, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure personalized, effective care that supports mental health and overall well-being.

Qualifications
  • Experience in Treatment Planning and Case Management to support the development and implementation of client care strategies
  • Background in Social Work and Psychology to effectively address individual mental health and behavioral needs
  • Proficiency in Family Therapy to provide therapeutic support in family dynamics and relationships
  • Strong understanding of therapeutic techniques and an ability to communicate compassionately
  • Master's degree in a relevant field such as Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related discipline
  • Licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or equivalent is preferred
  • Experience working with individuals with mental health challenges, disabilities, or behavioral disorders is a plus
