Join Our Team as a Physician Assistant in Urgent Care, Acute Care, or Family Medicine – Make a Difference Every Day!
Are you a dedicated Physician Assistant looking to enhance patient outcomes in a fast-paced, supportive environment? We are seeking committed professionals to provide exceptional urgent and acute care services across multiple centers. This is an excellent opportunity to leverage your skills in a dynamic setting, making a meaningful impact on patients of all ages, from infants to adults.
What You’ll Do:
- Deliver high-quality urgent, acute, or family medicine care independently in a variety of centers
- Manage a diverse patient population, including pediatric and adult patients
- Perform minor procedures such as I&D, lac repairs, ear irrigations, and more
- Use Epic EMR proficiently to document and coordinate care
- Collaborate with support staff and supervising physicians to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Be responsible for up to 40 patients per day, depending on site volume
- Minimum of 12 months clinical experience as a Physician Assistant
- Board certification (NCCPA or equivalent) and current PA license
- BLS certification
- Proficiency with Epic EMR system
- Strong soft skills for effective patient and staff communication
- Ability to independently see and treat all patients as the sole provider
Skills:
- Experience with off-site or multiple location support
- Peds or family medicine experience preferred
- Familiarity with minor procedures and acute care protocols
Education and Experience:
- Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program
- At least one year of urgent or acute care clinical practice
- No travel or call requirements
- Willingness to work within a 65-mile radius of your residence to support multiple locations
- Ability to pass credentialing and onboarding process, including EMR training
- Healthcare provider must be able to see and treat all patients independently
