We’re seeking Youth Care Workers to support and guide adolescents in our residential program in Goldsboro, NC. As a Youth Care Worker, you’ll play a critical role in helping at‑risk youth overcome challenges, build new skills, and create a path to a better future.

• What You’ll Do:
  • Provide direct care and treatment services to adolescents in a residential group home.
  • Foster a safe, supportive, and therapeutic environment.
  • Engage with youth, families, and community partners to achieve positive outcomes.
• What We’re Looking For:
  • 21+ years of age
  • High School Diploma (experience with youth preferred)
  • Valid Driver’s License and good driving record
  • Flexible schedule, including nights and weekends
