Job Summary
The Warehouse Vitamin Order Puller position is responsible for maintaining a safe and efficient vitamin and supplements department in the warehouse. Duties include receiving and inspecting inbound products, maintaining documentation of inbound and outbound orders, organizing shelves, and processing and filling orders accurately and efficiently for Natural Grocers by Vitamin Cottage stores. This position is also responsible for assisting the shipping department in coordinating cross-dock.

ResponsibilitiesKey responsibilities include the following essential functions, but are not limited to:
- Transfer inbound orders from receiving to the vitamin / supplements area for processing
- Receive, unpack, and examine goods for any damages or expiration dates
- Isolate any damaged or expired goods and report to vendor and purchasing for disposition
- Process any return orders as necessary
- Check invoices for accuracy and report any discrepancies to purchasing immediately
- Enter goods into SAP using RF gun
- Complete necessary paperwork, and send to home office for processing
- Process purchase orders from home office staff to create outbound deliveries for stores
- Report any purchase order errors or discrepancies to buyer for corrections
- Fill orders for stores using RF gun
- Clearly mark finished packages with storesaridentification and transfer packages to cross dock area
- Complete and maintain records of outbound delivery numbers
- Maintain good housekeeping in the vitamin and supplements department
- Maintain receiving logs and outbound delivery logs
- Assist in other areas when backup is needed
- Provide clear and professional communication with home office, stores, managers, coworkers and vendors at all times Ayr needs of the customers (stores) and the warehouse
- Perform all operations in a manner that promotes safety
- Must adhere to all company policies and procedures
- May be assigned to other warehouse tasks such as inventory and housekeeping

QualificationsEducation, Skills & Experience
- 2-5 years of experience in food or EQUATE warehouse, order pulling, shipping, and receiving
- Ability to read, write and speak English clearly and concisely
- Previous forklift experience required; must be certified by NGVC
- Good attention to detail required; accuracy and thoroughness is a must
- Ability to work with others in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility with working hours to accommodate warehouse needs
- Able to work in seasonally warm or cool environment
- Able to assist in other departments as needed
- Previous experience with inventory required.
- Experience with SAP a plus
- Must have current Colorado Driver's License and reliable transportation
